2. A Clear Description of the Goods or Services
Ingrained Culture offers bespoke, handcrafted wooden signs, memorials, and sculptures made from 100% legal and sustainable "Grown in Britain" wood. Our services are highly personalised and include a free design consultation. The final product is a unique piece of craftsmanship, tailored to the client's specifications, which may include personalised house signs, business signs, garden sculptures, memorials or public art sculpture.
3. All Prices, Including Taxes
As our goods are entirely bespoke, prices are not fixed. All prices will be provided to the client in a detailed, written quotation after the initial design consultation. The final price will include all applicable taxes. The quotation will be valid for a specified period, after which it may be subject to review. Ingrained Culture is not registered for VAT, but if this status changes you will be informed in advance of you placing an order.
4. Payment Methods
We will accept payment via bank transfer. Full details for making a payment will be provided on the final invoice. A deposit may be required before work commences.
5. Delivery Arrangements and Costs
Delivery arrangements and costs will be agreed upon with the client. Once the weight of your piece is known, the delivery cost will be clearly outlined in the final invoice. We use a secure and tracked delivery service to ensure your handcrafted item arrives safely. Delivery costs will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the item.
6. The Minimum Length of Contracts and Billing Periods
As each piece is a bespoke commission, there are no fixed contract lengths or recurring billing periods. The contract for services begins when we receive your agreement to or approval of the quotation and any required deposit, and ends upon delivery of the final product and full payment.
7. Conditions for Ending Contracts and Information on Cancellation Rights
- Cancellation by the client: As each item is a custom-made, personalised piece of work, once the design has been approved and work has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled. Any deposit paid is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel an order before the design is approved and work has started, please contact us immediately.
- Cancellation by us: We reserve the right to cancel an order at any stage if circumstances beyond our control prevent us from completing the commission. In such an event, any payments made will be refunded in full.
8. Details on Deposits or Financial Guarantees
In high value cases a non-refundable deposit for a specified sum will be required before any work on the commission begins. This deposit serves as a financial guarantee and covers the cost of materials and initial design work. That said, unless otherwise stated in the fixed price quotation, we do guarantee that once finished, you will be shown your piece through video. You can decide whether the piece meets your expectations or not and whether to buy it or not. In the unlikely event that piece does not meet your expectations and you have already paid a deposit, your deposit will be returned.
9. Information Regarding Digital Content
During the design process, we may provide digital content, such as a video consultation or design drawings. This content is provided for the purpose of the design consultation and is intended to be used in the English language. This content is not subject to regular software updates.
