How we begin:
- No Pressure: I do not operate a marketing database or "sales funnel." Your email address stays with me, and I will only ever use it to discuss your project.
- The Design First Approach: If you aren't sure what you want, that is perfectly fine. Most of my best work starts with a "rambling thought" that we refine together into a hand-drawn design.
- Personal Reply: I don't have a phone in the workshop, but I constantly check my messages and I will reply usually within an hour. Evenings and weekends too. If you would like a video call, we can arrange that too.
