Firstly, Ingrained Culture consists of me Robert Lawrence and my wife Charlotte. We do not operate any kind of marketing database beyond my own human memory. Any issue regarding GDPR should be directed to Robert Lawrence.
The only personal data we record is when a client or potential client requests a quotation or confirms an order. This personal data will be supplied to us by the Client and consist of name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is stored securely on our PC and used for the quotation, correspondence regarding the order, invoice and delivery process. We retain this information to fore-fill our obligations to HMRC. We do not share any client information with any other company or organisation with the exception of the delivery firm we use for the client's order, for whom this information is essential for the delivery.
If a client or potential client wishes to receive confirmation of the extent of information we hold on them, Robert will supply same promptly. If a potential client (who decides not to place an order) requests their personal information be deleted, Robert will do so promptly.
We do not operate any software or database that would entail a computer's automated decisions or profiling on any client or potential client. Robert does use Google analytics to read data to see how the Ingrained Culture website is performing but this system does not identify users.
Robert may ask a client if he can publish a photograph (on the Ingrained Culture website,) of the sculpture, sign or memorial he has made for you, but will not do so without your explicit consent.
